All AI systems, automations, and custom solutions built for you remain your property once delivered. Our proprietary tools, methods, and underlying technology remain the property of Unbanked.

4. Limitation of Liability

Unbanked provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with all your data and assist with transition.
